Initial OOS Application - MS in Nursing & MS in Education   Program Description

The MSED is a thirty-three credits program. The program has concentrations in School Leadership, School Educators, Healthcare Educators, Adult Education & Training and Administrative Management. General objectives for the program are for students to gain knowledge and skills for the education profession; engage in reflective practice; think critically; and write with clarity.The MSN is a forty-two credits program. It prepares graduates for nursing roles in education, administration and as a Family Nurse Practitioner. A common core of knowledge provides a foundation for nurses in advanced nursing roles. The theory specific to each concentration is accompanied by practica, providing students with the opportunity to apply theory in a variety of settings.
